Become an expert on therapeutic hot-stone massage in just 2 days hands-on practice for a total of 15 hours to complete the basic and advance techniques from an instructor with more than 25 years of experience in teaching and massage practice. 

You will learn the indications, contraindications, precautions and proper stone temperature control corresponding to the condition and concerns of each client, including age and health condition modifications.

You will learn the stone lay-out, identify different sizes and function of each stone, proper care and sanitization for infection prevention. You will master the use of heated stones using Swedish relaxation, Lymphatic drainage, Trigger point, Myofascial release and deep tissue techniques. 

Stones and heater will be provided by the school.

Basic and Advance Techniques - 2 Day Workshop 

Presenting a modern version of cupping with a unique understanding of the role of fascia in healthy movement and postural distortion. Learn the therapeutic techniques and benefits which includes relaxation effects on the body, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, reduces tension and adhesion in tissues, prevention of fibrosis (scarring), correctly aligns collagen and assist the reduction of localized inflammation and aids faster recovery of an injury and potentially enhance athletic performance and energy.
